Today Adrian and I went mountain biking at Manly Dam. I brought along my new GPS (a Garmin Nuvi 760) and recorded the actual track. If you have never been there, it is one of the best Sydney mountain bike tracks and I highly recommend it.

Got this picture from a friend today. Some guy was riding along Beach Road in Melbourne doing about 50 Km/h, when the frame just fell apart.
